Terms and Conditions of Service

- Our Services
Eco Touch Cleaners provides domestic and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Regular domestic cleaning
- End-of-tenancy cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Office and commercial space cleaning
- One-off or special event cleaning
Services are delivered by our trained and insured staff.
- Bookings and Cancellations
- All bookings must be confirmed via email, phone, or online.
- To cancel or reschedule a service, you must give at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- If our staff are unable to gain access to your premises at the scheduled time, a full service fee may still apply.
- If a booking is cut short at the client’s request, the full agreed fee/ minimum hours will still apply
- Pricing and Payments
- Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept payment via bank transfer, card, or direct debit.
- For ongoing contracts, invoices will be issued monthly and are payable within 7 days.
- Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises at the scheduled time.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that all necessary utilities (electricity, running water, etc.) are available during the cleaning service.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients are expected to provide cleaning materials and equipment. If these are not provided at the time of service, Eco Touch Cleaners may supply them and apply an additional charge, which will be communicated in advance.
- Clients must inform us of any items that are particularly fragile, valuable, or require special cleaning methods.
- Eco Touch Cleaners will not be responsible for damage caused by faulty or unsecured fixtures, equipment, or appliances provided by the client.
- Our Staff
- All staff are employed by Eco Touch Cleaners, trained, and fully insured.
. Each member of our team has undergone a clear DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) to ensure safety and reliability in your home or business. - Clients must not solicit or offer private work to our staff. Breach of this term may result in termination of services and legal action.
- Liability and Insurance
- We carry public liability and employer’s liability insurance.
- While we take all reasonable care, we are not liable for:
– Damage to items not disclosed as fragile
– Losses due to unattended premises (unless written access instructions are provided)
– Incidental or consequential damages beyond the cost of the cleaning service - Claims for breakages or damage must be made within 24 hours of the service.
- Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a return visit or discuss a suitable resolution. - Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process your data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Notice. We do not share your personal data with third parties unless required for service delivery or by law.

- Amendments
Eco Touch Cleaners reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. - Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the relevant courts of this jurisdiction.
