Cancellation Policy

To ensure efficient scheduling and a fair process for all, Eco Touch Cleaners follows the policy outlined below:

Booking Deposit

  • A 50% deposit of the service charge is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due upon service completion.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Changes can be made 24–48 hours in advance without penalty.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the service charge.
  • If our team cannot access the property or is turned away, a full-service charge applies.

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to provide access at the scheduled time without prior notice will result in a full-service fee.

Refund of Deposit

  • Deposits are refundable for cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24–48 hours prior to the appointment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within less than 24 hours or for no-shows.

Exceptions

  • Exceptions may apply for extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Eco Touch Cleaners management.
