Our residential cleaning services start at £16.36 per hour (per cleaner). For properties with 3 or more bedrooms, we recommend booking 2 cleaners for optimal results.

Cancellation Policy

At Eco Touch Cleaners, we value your time and strive to maintain fair and efficient scheduling for all our clients. Our cancellation and deposit policy is as follows:

Booking Deposit

  • A deposit equal to 50% of the service charge is required to confirm your appointment, unless otherwise agreed.
  • The remaining balance is due upon service completion.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% fee of the service charge.
  • If we are unable to access the property upon arrival or are turned away, a cancellation/lockout fee equal to the full service charge will apply.

Communication of Changes

  • All changes must be communicated via phone or email and confirmed by Eco Touch Cleaners.

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to provide access to the premises without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and charged the full service fee.

Refund of Deposit

  • Deposits will be fully refunded for cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24–48 hours in advance.
  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for no-shows.

Exceptions

  • In extenuating circumstances, exceptions may be granted at the discretion of Eco Touch Cleaners management.
