Cancellation Policy
To provide efficient scheduling and ensure fairness, Eco Touch Cleaners adheres to the following terms:
Booking Deposit
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance is due upon service completion.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Changes can be made up to 24–48 hours before the appointment without penalty.
- Late cancellations or rescheduling requests within less than 24 hours will incur a 50% service charge.
- If access to the premises is unavailable at the scheduled time, a full-service fee will apply.
Refund Policy
- Deposits are fully refundable for changes made at least 24–48 hours in advance.
- Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
No-Show Policy
- Failure to provide access without prior notice will result in a full-service charge.
Exceptions
- Exceptional circumstances may be considered at Eco Touch Cleaners discretion.
